Frequently Asked Questions

So wait, how does this work?

We deliver you a box that includes a game or games, snacks for about 6 people, some tips for hosting a great game night, and a few extras to make learning and playing the game easier. When you’re done just put the game and all it’s pieces back into the delivery box. On the pick-up day we come and get it.

How long do we get the box for?

For the moment we make our deliveries or have pick-up either Thursday or Friday afternoon. Then you either return the delivery box with the game or games to the pick-up location the following Thursday or Friday so about a week.

So I don’t get to keep the game?

That’s right, the games are still ours. We are just lending them to you so you can have a great game night with your friends and family. We have limited stock and we need to make sure others can play if they want. We are working to make sure we have multiples of popular boxes.

The games are reused?

Yup. When we get them back we make sure all the pieces are there and are cleaned before they go back out again.

What happens if I lose or break parts of the game or games?

Please try not to if you can. But accidents happen, let us know by calling or texting, or emailing us. If the pieces aren’t game critical (i.e. there are a lot of them in the box) we might be able to just replace it. If the game is lost or damaged in a way that it can’t be played we will charge the retail price of the game.

What snacks are included?

The snacks will change from time to time. We are still working on the cadence and are working with local businesses to include some really special ones.

I have food allergies, can I request a type of snack to accommodate my allergies?

At this time the best we can do is not include the snacks. We can’t guarantee that the included snacks are free of nuts, soy, gluten or any other food related allergen. Sorry. We hope to have options that will let us accommodate this in the future.
